Open Enrollment

For organizations wanting the flexibility to select a small number of participants, Datazinc provides instructor-led open enrollment training at convenient locations throughout the year. Class participation generally involves companies from many diverse industries providing the participants with exposure to various applications of the methodology.

Black Belt Training Program

This program consists of approximately13-14 days of in-class training spanning over a four to five month period. After each training week, the participants return to their work environments and apply the tools and methodologies learned in training on their respective projects.

Green Belt Training Program

Green Belt open enrollment training takes approximately four months consisting of four, 2-day training phases. There is a three week application period between each phase where the participants return to their work environment and apply the tools and methodologies learned on their respective Six Sigma project.

Six Sigma - Champion Training

Champion training is a cornerstone course of a Six Sigma deployment. The object is to train the Champion in selection and support of a Black Belt candidate and project. "Hands on" training in several of the Six Sigma tools is provided during this course. The 2 day course consists of 1 day of Executive Training and 1 day of Project Selection. Prerequisites are a willingness to accept data driven change and to hold a position in the organization to effect such change and remove barriers.

Confirmation of Registration

Once you have registered for a course, you will be faxed a confirmation letter to confirm your seat in the course. If you have not received a confirmation letter, YOU MUST contact the Training Registrar at 1·866·763·3400. Without the confirmation letter we cannot guarantee you a seat in the course.
