Datazinc Test Flights
Trial prior to Commitment
No matter how convincing the advertising or glowing the testimonials, some consumers like to test out
a product before making a major commitment. The same holds true for some companies before making the
commitment to a Six Sigma deployment. Other companies just starting up or
small in size may have chronic problems requiring a level of expertise in problem solving skills beyond
their current means and abilities. In light of these issues Datazinc has developed the following programs.
Solo Test Flight
In this program, a Datazinc Master Black Belt will apply the Six Sigma Methodology to the client's
project on-site. This would demonstrate how the program works in the client's environment and build
support for a future deployment if desired. This is a low risk, low resource commitment for the client
with potential high ROI.
Dual Test Flight
This program is the same as a Solo Test Flight except for the addition of a person supplied by the
client to the project. This person will work full time with the
Datazinc Master Black Belt until project completion.
Upon successful completion of the project and a knowledge test, the client's representative will
receive Six Sigma Green Belt certification. This program is
low risk, medium resource commitment with potential high ROI.
