Role of the Instructors
Focusing on adult learning, trainers must be taught to help participants learn more quickly and
effectively as well as discover and understand the three wheels of mastery.

They will learn to present ideas and concepts clearly and concisely and to prevent any problems that may occur. They will be required to strategically involve the intellect and desire of the scholar and endure the proper method of knowledge transfer within the adult learning principles and processes.
Program Description
Train the Trainer has been designed to enable others to achieve a 'critical mass' of skills to make
their training job easier, create their instruction more effective as well as building up confidence and
credibility. With the intersection of the three wheels, your Black Belt
will see powerful and effective feedback as well as proven results. This program will accommodate the diverse
learning styles by using different methods for motivating learners and enabling them to comprehend.
